Octostritchraffe Poodleguin the Guy that's just There?

Bio:

Octostritchraffe Poodleguin is a minor Demon God that... so happens to be just there. Seriously that's his whole gig. He's just there. He has no real noteworthy feats to name of other than that. No slaughter, no destruction, no nothing. He's just a gigantic... something that just happens to be just there. He's just there. If he was an embodiment of sin, it would be the sin of just being there. Not a sin associated with bastards or unholy creations though, more like a sin associated with a brick wall at the side of a building that's just there. He's seriously just there.

For eons, scientists and theologists have pandered what is up with this guy other than just being there. Through several efforts, they have searched long and hard to find out what's up with this guy other than being there. Each and every time it has always ended up in failure and being a complete waste of time. In worse case scenarios people have been driven completely mad just trying to find out what the fuck is up with this guy other than being there. They have been driven into a dark and cold psychological abysmal void that no mortal dare to fathom... And then they all get cured when they do some menial task like Tic-tac-toe. Seriously, it's just that easy to cure a person who has been driven mad trying to figure this guy who's just there. They don't need to win at Tic-tac-toe to be cured, just by making the first or second shape on the board is enough to cure them. In fact, they don't even need to play the game to be cure. Just by saying the game's name or showing a picture of a game is enough to cure a person. Of course there are other cures like the game Bingo, the nursery rhyme Bingo being sung, a lick from your dog Bingo, or other such things, but Tic-tac-toe's just the first thing most people turn to.

Other than just being there, there really isn't anything this guy is about. Some have theorized he may have succumbed into doing the same actions the other Demon Gods fell to during the Titanomachy. However, it seems like he really didn't do anything noteworthy in the primordial war either other than just being there. Either his resolve to being just there was strong or he was just too minor of a being to be affected. There are a few however that say that he did do something other than just being there. What he did however was so monumental that the Titans themselves decreed that such an act would forever be erased from all written records and forgotten. It was not necessarily an evil act per say but more like an act similarly to one done by Leeroy Jenkins. Because of this, this is also why he is also called the "One who made every Titan in the Titanomachy facepalm themselves". Whatever the case, he was most definitely a Demon God who was not imprisoned because seriously just being there is not a crime in itself. As for the monumental act that the Titans decreed should be forgotten, if it is indeed true, there's probably a good, if not hillarious, reason why noone decided to imprison him for it.

*While thinking up Demon God designs, I hilariously came up with this guy with the cartoon show Spliced in mind. Seriously this guy in my mind seems more like one of the mutants than an eldritch abomination. The show's theme song would likewise complement this guy.

*Other than being just there, I can best describe this guy as an allegory to contemplating one's navel, as in literally contemplating one's literal navel. A task that may have some benefits such as one seeing that one's navel needs cleaning, however other than that, it's a rather pointless task.
